3. BASIS OF TREATMENT

3.1 We process personal data on the basis of one or more of the following legal bases:

3.1.1. Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) - We obtain consent to the processing of personal data when this is required - for example when using cookies for statistics and marketing.

3.1.2. Performance of contract (Article 6(1)(b)) - Processing is necessary to enter into or fulfil an agreement with our customers, including the provision of hosting, operation, support and other agreed services.

3.1.3. Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) - We process data when it is necessary to comply with applicable legislation - including requirements for storing accounting material in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

3.1.4. Legitimacy/balancing of interests (Article 6(1)(f)) - The processing may be necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interests, including managing customer relationships, improving our website and services, documenting correspondence, handling enquiries, and conducting relevant marketing to existing customers. These interests are always balanced against the fundamental rights and freedoms of data subjects.

5.1 The purpose of the processing is to enable us to provide our services, including website development and operation, support and hosting, marketing activities (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Social Media advertising), and general communication and customer service.

6.1 Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to provide the agreed service or subsequently fulfil legal obligations. After termination of the cooperation, the data will be deleted or anonymised, unless longer storage is necessary - e.g. for documentation purposes - and this was stated at the time the agreement was concluded.

7. DISCLOSURE AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

7.1 When necessary, we may disclose personal data to business partners or sub-processors who process data on our behalf. Transfers to third countries (outside the EU/EEA) will only take place if there is a valid transfer basis and we ensure an equivalent level of protection.
