About Siite
Siite ApS is a full-service web and marketing agency that helps SMEs with digital solutions that create measurable business. We are an ambitious and growing team and are now looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who can develop strong customer relationships, close deals and help scale Siite further.
Briefly about the role
As a Key Account Manager at Siite, you will play a central role in our sales organisation. You will be responsible for the entire sales process from initial dialogue to contract signing and work strategically and structured with both new and existing customers. You are supported by internal meeting bookers so you can focus on qualified meetings and value-adding advice.
We currently have over 20 colleagues at the office in Aalborg and are now expanding with a sales office in Copenhagen from Q2 2026.
We are also looking for a profile that wants to develop their career within Siite. We would like you to grow into a role as a team leader, department manager or other key position in the Copenhagen office. Your level of ambition will determine how far you can go in the organisation
Your tasks
- Dialogue with new and existing B2B customers.
- Uncovering needs and presenting Siite's solutions (online and physical)
- Preparing offers, negotiating and closing deals.
- Follow-up on leads, pipeline management and CRM updates.
- Close collaboration with marketing and web development for high customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
Who are you?
- You have experience in B2B sales, account management or meeting booking.
- You thrive in a role with responsibility, relationships and performance.
- You work in a structured way and are used to following up and closing.
- You communicate fluently in Danish - written and oral.
- You have an interest in marketing, digital solutions and business development.
- You're persistent, curious and have a good go-getter attitude.
